Wondering
by Matt Finney

Sometimes
I wonder
If God
Had to
Think about how he was gonna
Piece me together
Did he really have to contemplate
Giving me a big
Fat
White hairy belly?
Did he get frustrated
Trying to get inspired
While rolling the green circles
For my eyes?
Was he really
That insecure
With his own
Dick
That he had to make mine
This small?
All these questions and more
And that bastard
Never answers me.

Matt Finney is a seventeen year old white trash poet from Millbrook, Alabama. His poems have appeared in Thieves Jargon, Zygote In My Coffee, LitVision, and Blowback Magazine.
