is in fact a fictional place but none of the residents know it, so
they continue to live their lives as if they were real.

Dear Santa
by Ben Mitchell
This year, I want a short
winter. I want
a lasting sense of
well-being to flood
my life - like the smell
of fresh tangerines. Also, I
want to be able to perform
a back flip from
a stationary position, like
they used to do
on Zoom. Oh yah,
we need diapers and
a new muffler
for the station wagon.
